Alien Skin Announces Break from Music After Sustaining Injuries in Iganga

Musician Patrick Mulwana, widely known by his stage name Alien Skin, has announced that he is putting a temporary halt to all his upcoming music performances as he recovers from injuries sustained during an unfortunate altercation in the Iganga district.
In his post, Alien Skin shared, "To all my fans and supporters, I want to let you know that I’m currently undergoing treatment for injuries I sustained during an incident in Iganga. Due to this, all my scheduled shows are being postponed. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Right now, I need time to focus on my recovery, and I truly appreciate your prayers and understanding. I promise I’ll be back soon."
The incident that led to Alien Skin’s injuries reportedly took place after a violent altercation with a group of individuals in Iganga. According to some sources, the altercation occurred when the group accused the artist of being involved in an attack on National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Bobi Wine. It is not entirely clear how the conflict escalated, but Alien Skin sustained head injuries during the brawl, which required immediate medical attention.
Medical professionals have advised the artist to take a break of at least a month to recover from his injuries fully. During this period, Alien Skin is expected to focus on rest and rehabilitation to ensure he can return to performing at his best. The artist, best known for his hit single "Sitya Danger," thanked his fans for their unwavering support and reassured them that he would return to the stage as soon as he is able.
