Elanga Haunts Former Club as Nottingham Forest Beat Manchester United

Nottingham Forest secured a 1 - 0 victory over Manchester United.
Forest's goal was netted by Anthony Elanga in the 5th minute and it was a blow to his former club.
Elanga joined Forest from Manchester United in 2023 for £15 million in search of regular playing time. His goal against United was his sixth goal in 30 Premier League appearances for Forest this season which shows how of importance he is to Forest's side.

Despite having played a match days earlier, Forest showcased tactical discipline and positive energy to hold their 1-0 early lead.
Nottingham Forest's win marks a double over Manchester United this season since the 1991-92 season and places the latter in the 3rd position strengthening their hopes for Champions League spot.
Meanwhile Manchester United are struggling in the 13th position wi5h just 37 points.

Ruben Amorim side tried to respond with intent controlled much of the game, created numerous chance but lacked the clinical edge to break through Forest’s solid defense.
