Media personality Haffy Powers has spoken about the emotional challenges she faced during her time at BBS TV.

“I found myself in the HR office, in tears for nearly three hours, she listened to me and shared parts of her own journey to help me see things differently. She made me understand that some people deliberately try to push you out just so they can shine.”
“By the time I gathered the strength to speak up, everything around me felt like it was falling apart. I had faced a similar experience at a previous job when I was much younger. Some people can be truly unkind, and for no reason at all. But I’ve learned to prioritize my peace. Life’s too short to work in a toxic space.”
