The BET award-winning artist, celebrated for his viral hit "Sitya Loss" and a historic Grammy nomination, shared his journey of self-driven global expansion.
Eddy has so many times been attacked by some Ugandan musicians, Big Eye in particular who is a former Big Talent Crew.
Big Eye labelled Eddy Kenzo selfish and he belives that the latter doesn't want any other Ugandan musicians to go beyond the region musically.
Big Eye went ahead and said Kenzo has international connections but he would rather die with them than reffering them to local musicians to the international scene.
However, Kenzo was come out and said no one connected him to the international scene and therefore fellow musicians should also look for ways to penetrate into the international scene.
"No one connected me to the international level, and I connected myself. I did enough research about the music that blew up all over the world. They need to look into themselves and find a way of making it better," he said.
The Presidential advisor on creatives went ahead and urged musicians to improve their production, do enough research rather than relying on connection.
