Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer Tems has joined the ownership of an American football club.
The Nigerian star joined the San Diego Football Club ownership group as a club partner, through her company The Leading Vibe.
Tems is expected to bring the club her global influence and passion for community empowerment to the expansion team.
Welcoming Tems to the team, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of San Diego stated the benefits that the team would reap from its collaboration with her.
“We are honored to have her join our Club and bring her visionary perspective to San Diego FC her passion for empowering the next generation aligns perfectly with our mission,” stated Penn.

Tems, while expressing her delight with the partnership stated that she decided to join the club as she intends to build something special in San Diego.
“I am thrilled to join San Diego FC’s ownership group and to be a part of a Club that celebrates creativity, culture, and the power of community,” stated the singer.
