Gospel singer and Pastor, Wilson Bugembe has hinted at staging a concert this year to
celebrate his 20-year journey in the music industry.
While addressing his congregation, Bugembe revealed that attending Spice
Diana’s press conference ahead of her recent concert sparked his own
desire to organize a similar event.
He admitted that witnessing Spice celebrate 10 years in the industry made him reflect on his own musical journey.
I am thinking about it. I felt excited while at Spice’s press conference
as she was gonna celebrate 10 years, yet I have 20 in the music
industry.
Bugembe also shared that he discussed the idea with KT Promotions, the promoter who first signed him as a young artist.
He recalled how KT gave him his first major concert at Hotel Africana during his Senior Six vacation.
Then Balaam signed me up and took me to Munyonyo to sing Gospel there. So, I
should say thank you to God. I’m still thinking about it. I might go to
Serena or Sheraton.
