Distance might separate them physically, but for Shakib and Zari Hassan, love continues to thrive across countries. While Shakib is currently working in Kampala, Zari lives in South Africa yet their relationship remains strong and unwavering.
During a recent chat witha Ugandan local Television station Galaxy TV, Shakib expressed just how deep his commitment runs.
"I don’t let a week go by without seeing Zari, Whenever I miss her, I simply hop on a flight to South Africa." he said.
The couple has found a rhythm that allows their love to flourish despite the miles. Shakib, who also holds South African citizenship, explained that traveling between the two countries is easy for him.
"Zari already has her own apartments, and even though I could rent my own place, there’s no point — we prefer to stay together."
Their time together is often spent at Zari’s impressive mansion, which Shakib describes as a comfortable and welcoming home.
