Known by his stage name Kapeke and sometimes as "Destinyboy," he’s a young rapper and dancer making waves with his energetic style and catchy singles. He kicked off his music career around late 2020 and has quickly built a following with his unique sound and vibrant stage presence.

Spotlight on Njerae
Njerae is killing it as an indie Afro-soul artist. Named Apple Music’s Africa Rising star for 2025—the second East African after Nikita Kering—she’s got a silky voice and deep lyrics. Her recent single “Beg for It” is a fan favorite, and her album Unintentional still sits in Kenya’s Top 50 on Apple Music two years after dropping. She’s a vibe, blending soul with a Kenyan twist.
Born in Mombasa and later moving to Nairobi, Njerae’s musical journey began at a young age. She started singing at three, performing in church and school festivals, but it wasn’t until she saw Kenyan artists thriving that she considered music a viable career path. A self-taught musician, she honed her skills further through the Sauti Academy, a performance music incubator founded by Muthoni Drummer Queen, where she gained expertise in live performance, marketing, and music entrepreneurship.
Her education in psychology also informs her artistry, as she explores emotions and relationships with depth and authenticity, aspiring one day to integrate music therapy into her work.

Signed to Sony Music in 2023, her single “Nyash” dropped in 2024, and Harmonize himself named her among Tanzania’s most promising in a recent East Africa TV interview. She’s young—early 20s—but her instrumental skills and fresh sound make her a standout.
Abigail’s career kicked off through social media, where she posted covers of popular songs, gaining attention for her angelic voice and versatility. Her breakthrough came with original music that blends Bongo Flava, R&B, and Afro-pop with a modern twist, often incorporating traditional Tanzanian sounds. In June 2022, she signed with Sony Music Entertainment Africa, joining the likes of fellow Tanzanian star Ali Kiba. Her debut single under Sony, "Closer," featuring Bongo Flava icon Harmonize, dropped later that year, highlighting her sultry vocals and a bold
